BOOKING POLICY:
Fully paid at the time of booking except for bookings made more than 2 months in advance, then it is a 50 percent deposit.
2.25% surcharge applies to the payments via credit cards.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
100 percent of the total booking price.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We give 80 percent refund with 14 or more days notice
50 percent with less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice.
No refunds with less than 7 days notice unless we can fill the booking. Then 50% if so.

NO SHOW POLICY:

CHILD / PET POLICY:
Unsuitable for children or pets.

CHECK-IN POLICY:
Your Cottage Number and Keycode will be sent the day prior to arrival via text message to the mobile number supplied on the booking.

OTHER POLICY:
The maximum refund is 80 percent of the total booking price.
